Why are we here?

Ultimately Lift Up Adventures has been created to help share summaries of learnings including for topics around psychology, spirituality and travel. Plus sharing uplifting inspirational stories heard - people overcoming challenges and being able to step into other people's shoes.

From listening to many different inspirational stories, including podcasts and videos - we aim to give a spotlight on some we feel were the most interesting or heartwarming. Love a good story of people navigating challenges, being brutally honest and coming out the other side. Of course then everyone stories continue to evolve, though can then trigger within you ideas or at least broaden our perspectives. There are around 8 billion people on our spinning rock currently, and 100s of billions that have ever existed. How many of the most interesting stories can we hear from our people... We also will help to share the source where we know it to help the person or group we heard it from - where you can go to find out more.

Psychology is a topic of passion as it helps us to try to understand more about ourselves, others and is embedded everywhere. We are often naturally curious why we think, act and feel in various ways. Also in relation to how we are with others and form healthy relationships. Up to more group levels and culture - there are multiple layers of fascinating areas to explore. By understanding ourselves and our relationships better, maybe that can help to also boost us.

Spirituality calls to where there is a lot that we do not know (as with also psychology). We look for connection and deeper meaning and the potential answers people explore are vast. Some believe we create our own meaning, some believe we are connected to something greater, some also explore that there is more beyond our scientific awareness and consciousness. Mysteries of the universe are out there for us to explore.

Travel ideas also to help also learn about experiences that you may be interested if you visit that area! Lot's of London, UK and then international adventure inspiration too. Activities that can help with connections to people and nature. Most likely this will be too much to also include here beyond the above... Though let's see how we go!

If we see something humourous to that makes us laugh or warms our heart.... WE MAY also throw this in and share with you too! A chuckle inducing meme or heartmelting animal counts as uplifting too right?
