Psychology sparks curiousity in learning more about us and how we interact with each other. It is embedded everywhere and at different levels. Why do we do what we do, why we act in certain ways and why we feel, how do our relationships with others and wider groups impact what we do - so much to explore.

Spirituality has also been a topic of fascination for many thousands of years. Search for deeper meaning, connection and in that which we cannot always tangibly see. Is there something greater or do we each need to create our own meaning?

Another way to broaden our perspectives is of course is to travel. There will be many also from London, UK but also ideas for further international travel adventures.

Generally there may be areas we see that can make us laugh or warms our hearts. Sharing these in itself can help give an uplifting boost.
